Car at my workplace caught fire and burned

Some old Proton Sage blew up in flames at my work car park. No idea what happened to the car. But poor Kelisa next to it shared the flames and caught fire too. What an event ! Just wondering whether the insurance company will pay for the damages. Well I hope so..poor owners. Prayer goes out to them.

Frustrations on the Words of God

I've been a believer for almost 12 years. And for some reason I can't seem to believe what the Bible promises. It's so easy to read it but it is so hard to believe it. The question is why?

Well the reality is it is hard to belive what Jesus has promised us. IUt has been so freely given by Jesus on the cross yet it is so hard to believe.

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:27)

Through this verse we can see that the world doesn't or never gives you peace and Jesus is the only one that gives us peace. So let our heart not be troubled nor let it be afraid because Jesus will give us the REAL and ULTIMATE peace, claim it and receive.

Are your prayers answered?

I admit my prayers are answered but not all the time. The truth is sometimes we don't pray enough, well that's what I always say to myself. But the truth is do we believe in the prayer and do we confess it with a positive heart that we will receive the prayer? For Jesus says seek and you shall find and ask and you shall get, isn't it? So why are we not receiving our prayer request? Are we doubting? Are we lacking faith?

Sometimes we pray and ask God to answer our prayer requests but at times our prayers are unanswered. Well to keep the long story short, when you pray at that moment believe that you receive them (believe that God answered you) the moment you pray it...coz the moment you pray 1/2 the battle is won. Jesus loves us and he will surely answer us and you WILL HAVE THEM, the car, job or finances. But what must we do the moment we pray we must BELIEVE. We have to confess that Jesus will listen and hear our prayers. Jesus said it very clearly
However many of us would like the prayer to be answered NOW. But God does not work this way. He wants us to live by faith. There is this spiritual world out there and we have to believe it. AMEN?. I'm going to believe the moment i pray it. Hallelujah.

Write it down in your bible when you prayed for something, for the devil can use it against you and tell you God never answered your prayer. But recall it and tell the devil it has been answered. Remember the moment we pray our prayers have been answered.
Just for your encouragement read on :)

Matthew 7

Ask, Seek, Knock 7"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
9"Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! 12So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

Your Faith has Made You Well

It is our faith that made us well. How many times have we said things like if Jesus wants to bless me then it is up to Him. He will bless only the faithful. Will he bless you? Well i've learned it's not the way Jesus operates. If Jesus loves us so much won't he bless us abundantly? Think of it this way, Jesus had everything for Him, He was God's son, imagine.....what greater sacrifice can Jesus do than to be nailed on the cross. He could have anytime resisted or called the angels to save him. He was Jesus? God's son. But with faith and right believing...and believing in Jesus we will surely be made well. Quite hard to believe but then we just have to believe and have faith for all of God's promises is YES not yes and no BUT YES. Also all his promises are His blessings for us. We must believe we will be succesful, rich, happy, be in good health, prosperous..................the list goes on. We also have to confess that all things will work for good.

I just want to share that I'm worried and if you ask Sharon, she can tell you that I'm really worried about life, money, life and many other things. This has been plaguing my life. I want to break out from this and I want and will make an effort to believe that all things will work out for good. Also I want to enjoy what God has given to me. Jesus said something but seldom do we do it maybe due to pride. Ask and you shall receive. And God surely want to bless us and see us happy. He wants to answer us so that our joy will be full, sounds selfish but it is just the way humility works. But many times we believe that if we work hard we can make it. No it's not the way Jesus will want it to be, that's putting faith in our own self. We must have faith. Faith is right believing.

Don't keep SILENT

Some good quotes that i've just managed to listen to at work.

Evil runs rampant when you and I keep silent. <------------------Are you keeping silent?

Evil stops running when God starts moving.

Evil stops reigning when God starts moving.

What do we have to do here? Don't keep silent when you're down or when your'e stressed or confused. What do we have to do here? Prayer and sigh / groan before the Lord. Don't murmur or say why you didn't do this God why you didn't do that. That is murmuring or grumbling : a complaint uttered in a low and indistinct tone. The most powerful miracles can happen when we groan. Did you know that Jesus groaned as well? Yes he did. See John 11. Or listen to Ps. Prince's cd -Just a Groan will reach the Throne.

You know something strange , when we groan there's victory when we are happy there's also victory in Jesus. Fabulous isn't it our Jesus. Jesus we love you.

Follow up on 2 posts earlier on how to focus on Him...

How to focus on Him? First in Matthew 6:33 it says - But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given / added to you as well. We have to seek Him first. Seek Him with all our heart soul and mind. Secondly what i learned is to guard our heart. Guard it from what people say, worry, tough situations but focus on Jesus. It is everything about Jesus. We have live our lives focused on Him. It's all about Jesus. Hallelujah.

Sounds hard isn't it. But better focus on him then on the things that is happening in this fallen world. AMEN. I hope you guys will be encouraged by this. Praise to Jesus.

Romans 8:26

26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God's people in accordance with the will of God.

The way God works in fantastic. We should groan. What is the meaning of graoning? It is "sighing" or indicate discomfort, or displeasure. Human nature will tell us how can we groan to God, but when we groan God will listen. The other funny thing is how often do we groan? Man will think that we can settle the problem ourself and so we do not groan to God. Sometimes we think we ought not to groan. But there's where we are all wrong we ought to groan to God, for God will surely listen to us. And best of all is we pray in the spirit and surely the Holy spirit will intercede for us. AMEN. So the next time we have troubles pray in the Spirit for the Holy Spirit will surely help us in our weakness. Hallelujah : )

Focus on Him

I was just wondering how difficult is it to focus on something...is is hard? Well you may say it isn't but it may be for some people. Recently I was blindfolded and asked to touch braille words, guess what happened? Not only did I fail to understand braille by touch, i also failed being in a blindfold for more than 20 minutes. It really feels weird being in the dark and and really sucks when you know you can see but can't.

So my question is how do you focus on Him (Jesus)? It's a challenge and at the same time it may seem easy but how?
