Finally got my Corsair XMS2 DHX. Looks like some future tech RAMS from the future. Well looking at the performance of this RAM it certainly is worth buying this for RM220 for 2 pieces of 1GB. The last time I bought Patriot 1GB RAM was at RM150 per piece. Worst of all is after buying the Patriot Memory my PC started to crash pretty often, but I'm not ruling that the RAM was the culprit to the crashes. Over the weekends I finally got my PC checked out for the root cause to the crashes, the doctor found the problem to be at the power supply, which causes the restarts and crashes but this would cost a bomb to my pocket as I would need to fork out almost RM200 for a good power supply by Cooler Master (460W). Well my PC is an important part to my life on this earth, I needed it to be fixed as soon as possible and so the extra money spent on it is pretty worth it. And thanks to my itchy hands I couldn't resist getting the RAMs, but it is all worth it. Thanks to Jesus for providing me with more than enough to enjoy the life I'm having.

Friday Cometh....

It's a Friday again. One of the best days of the week where after a long work week you can finally look forward towards the weekend. How nice if everyday was a weekend though. But we need to work to earn a living and that's part of life.So if you're not working and still enjoying the everyday life be thankful. Enjoy your weekends.

Any similarities between this 2 pictures? Don't they look pretty similar.......                                                                      I saw this picture a few months ago in Genting Highlands and noticed the similarities between Sharon and this model.

How dumb of me?

 

I've been complaining of network slowness this couple of weeks but it never occurred to me to ever reset my modem and router. Worst is I'm a networking guy and my job is to take care of the company's network. Day in day out I work with network equipment but in my own home it never occurred for me to ever reset my modem. Now that I've reset the modem the Internet connection is much much better. Hallelujah Praise the Lord. So next time if you're facing problem with your Internet connection it may be the modem. Don't just switch it off and on but reset the modem poking the hole in the modem and then reentering the settings such as the username and the password, it may just speed up things for you.

Don’t Look To Your Faith, Look To Jesus

If you are sick, you must know that you are already healed because of the finished work of Christ. Don’t ask, “Do I have enough faith to be healed? Do I have the right kind of faith to be healed? What if I am lacking in faith?” You are focusing on yourself and your faith, instead of Christ and His finished work.

You should be asking, “Did Jesus really take away this sickness? If He did, He must have done a perfect work.” In other words, fix your eyes on Jesus and His perfect work.

AB Simpson, who lived in the 19th century, wrote an article entitled, Himself. In it, he mentioned his exhausted nervous system, and broken down heart which could have proved fatal any time. So he sought the Lord for healing. God showed him Matthew 8:17, which says that Jesus “Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses”.

AB Simpson said that though he believed that Jesus had borne away his sickness, he saw many hindrances which stood between him and his healing. And they all boiled down to one thing — his preoccupation with his faith! He had believed that if only he had the “right” kind of faith, he would receive his healing instantly.

He eventually came to the realisation that he had to remove that last hindrance — his focus on his faith — and just rest in the finished work of Christ. That revelation marked his complete recovery from his sickness.

When you ask yourself, “Do I have enough faith?” you have already put faith as a hindrance between you and Jesus’ finished work. The more you focus on your faith, the more faith slips away. But if you focus on the finished work of Christ and see God’s grace towards you, God sees that as faith! Without realising it, faith is there in your heart to believe that you will not die of what Christ has already borne away for you completely, and you will see your miracle manifest!
